Keysight's InfiniiMax Ultra Series MX002xA Probe Amplifiers improve ease of use by allowing you to measure differential, single-ended, and common-mode signals with a single probe tip.
The InfiniiMax Ultra Series supports InfiniiMode and features a custom AC calibration mode, a wider input voltage range, higher accuracy with unique S-parameter characterization, lower capacitive loading, a wider input voltage range, micro/socket probes for lower measurement density, and more bandwidth .
InfiniiMax Ultra Probes feature three attenuation ranges - 1:1, 4:1, and 8:1 - providing excellent noise performance and wide voltage ranges with maximum bandwidth. The input range automatically configures itself depending on the size of the input signal and the vertical scale of your oscilloscope.
Choose from three flexible input dynamic ranges of 600mVpp at 1:1, 2.5Vpp at 4:1, and 5Vpp at 8:1.
