The Smart Bench Essentials Plus FG33530 series from Keysight offers high-precision function and arbitrary waveform generators with a bandwidth of up to 100 MHz. It is aimed at professionals in development, research, education and production who require a powerful, flexible signal source. The series integrates functions such as modulation, frequency sweep and burst modes as well as a large selection of standard and arbitrary waveforms.

Thanks to trueform technology, the devices generate extremely precise signals with low jitter (< 50 ps) and low distortion (< 0.06% THD). With a sample rate of up to 320 MSa/s, 16-bit resolution and an optional upgradeable memory depth of up to 16 MSa per channel, the generators are ideal for complex signal analyses. The intuitive user interface on the large color display and a wide range of connection options (USB, LAN, SCPI) round off the package.

The FG33532A is the two-channel version of the FG33530 series. It offers all the functions of the single-channel FG33531A model, with the addition of the ability to provide two fully independent or synchronized output channels.

The two channels enable complex signal applications such as differential signaling, summing and tracking modes as well as multi-channel measurements. In addition, relative phase shifts can be defined and multi-channel sweeps can be realized - ideal for testing multi-signal systems, communication hardware or mixed-signal circuits.

Compared to the FG33531A, the FG33532A:
