The W3630A Series DDR3 BGA probes enable embedded memory DIMMs to be tested directly on the ball grid array using Keysight Technologies, Inc. logic analyzers and oscilloscopes. The Keysight W3630A Series DDR3 BGA probes for logic analyzers and oscilloscopes enable the display of data traffic on industry-standard DDR3 DRAMs using the Keysight 16900 and U4154A logic analyzers and Infiniium 9000 and 90000 oscilloscopes.
