DP0031A | Differential HV Probe, 200 MHz, ±750 V, AutoProbe1, DP003xA Series

The differential high-voltage probe DP0031A from Keysight was developed for general measurements of differential signals. With a bandwidth of 200 MHz and a maximum differential measurement range of ±750 V (DC + AC peak), it is ideal for applications in power electronics, such as measurements on switching power supplies, power converters or digital systems.

The DP0031A variant of the Keysight DP003xA series presented here has a bandwidth of 200 MHz, a attenuation ratio of 250/25:1, a maximum differential measuring range of ±750 V (DC + AC peak), a differential input resistance of 5 MΩ // 2 pF. The DP0031A has an AutoProbe1 interface. The DP0030A variant has a BNC + USB interface.

Alternatively, the series offers other models:

  • DP0030A: 100 MHz bandwidth, 250/25:1 attenuation ratio, maximum differential measurement range ±750 V (DC + AC peak), differential input resistance of 5 MΩ // 2 pF
  • DP0032A: 200 MHz bandwidth, 500/50:1 attenuation ratio, maximum differential measurement range ±1.500 V (DC + AC peak), differential input resistance of 10 MΩ // 2 pF
  • DP0033A: 200 MHz bandwidth, 1000/100:1 attenuation ratio, maximum differential measuring range ±3.000 V (DC + AC peak), differential input resistance of 20 MΩ // 2 pF
  • DP0034A: 70 MHz bandwidth, 2500/250:1 attenuation ratio, maximum differential measuring range ±7.000 V (DC + AC peak), differential input resistance of 50 MΩ // 2 pF
