DP0001A | Probe, differential 50X, 300 MHz / 500X, 400 MHz, ± 2000 V, autoprobe

The Keysight HV differential probe DP0001A with its bandwidth of up to 400 MHz and its maximum input voltage of 2 kV CAT I // 1 kV CAT III is ideal for performing exact measurements of power electronics such as power supplies, high-speed power supplies, WBG power devices. Also for measurements on 1700 V IGBT modules, such as those used for power converters, switching power supplies or for motor drives.

Thanks to the large bandwidth and low load characteristics, the probe can measure up to 1000 V transient pulses with an edge speed of up to 1.2 ns in modern switching power supplies. The high common mode rejection allows measurements in noisy environments, such as occur in the field of power electronics.

The Probe DP0001A has a differential input resistance of 10 MΩ and a low input capacitance of 2 pF to minimize circuit stress. The DP0001A is compatible with Keysight oscilloscopes with an AutoProbe interface 50 Ω.

Keysight offers the N7013A extreme temperature extension kit for sampling differential signals within climatic chambers at extreme temperatures. The N7013A is compatible with the DP0001A with a reduced bandwidth of 70 MHz.

The DP001A probe is compatible with all Infinfium oscilloscopes <= 33GHz (with adapter N5442A), as well as with oscilloscopes from the InfiniiVision X3000T, X4000, X6000 series.
