DAQM905A | Dual 4-channel RF multiplexer for DAQ970A

The plug-in module DAQM905A for the data loggers DAQ970A & DAQ973A is a high-frequency multiplexer (50 ohms) for broadband switching processes and pulse signals. It transmits test signals between your DUT and your frequency generator, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer or other measuring instrument. The RF multiplexer consists of two independent 1x4 multiplexers. The connections can be made directly via the SMB inputs with 2 GHz bandwidth or via the BNC-SMB adapter cables with 1 GHz. Cascading of several banks is possible for even more complex topologies (16: 1 multiplexer).
