B1505A | Power Device Analyzer / Curve Tracer Mainframe

The Keysight B1505A is a sophisticated measurement instrument for the precise characterization of power devices such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes or SiC and GaN components. With its ability to measure voltages up to 10 kV and currents up to 1500 A, the B1505A offers a complete solution for all power analysis requirements - from simple curve tracing to complex automated characterization processes.

By integrating the EasyEXPERT group+ software and an embedded Windows PC with touchscreen, the device enables user-friendly, reproducible measurements both in the laboratory and in the production environment. A variety of module options are supported to cover a wide range of measurement requirements. The system is scalable, can be automated and supports pulse, temperature and gate charge measurements under high voltage in addition to classic IV and CV measurements.
