16089B | Demonstrator Medium Kelvin measuring cable for LCR meter (AT1131_2208_V)

This adapter 16089B is used to measure components with large connections or unusual connection types where conventional adapters cannot be used. It is equipped with two insulated Kelvin terminals.
Preferably it is intended for the LCR measuring devices: 4192A, 4194A (impedance mode), 4263B, 4278A, 4284A, 4285A and E4980A.
