85054B | Calibration kit, standard, type-N 50 Ohm, DC - 18 GHz

The 85054B calibration set contains high-precision standard elements to determine the systematic errors of network analyzers of the PNA series, with type N connections. This set also contains adapters to switch between the socket and plug connections. In addition, measuring templates are included, with which the connectors can be checked for their mechanical function. Torque wrenches are also included to create a defined connection.

Clean and flawless connections are particularly necessary with high-frequency plug-in and screw connections, since otherwise the transmission behavior of the connectors and screw connections can lead to errors, which are then typically attributed to the test object.
