11713E | Attenuator switch driver, LXI compliant

The LXI Compliant Keysight 11713E Attenuator Switch Drive provides remote or front panel drive control for 4 programmable attenuators and 4 SPDT switches. The Keysight 11713E can also be used to independently control up to 20 switches. Designed for both desktop and ATE environments, this flexible, standalone driver offers an intuitive user interface, a variety of switching options, software programmability, and remote control functions for quick, easy design validation and automated testing.

Can drive Keysight electromechanical and solid-state switches
Supports both continuous and pulse drive
LXI compatible to control and trigger the 11713E remotely via a fully featured graphical web interface
GPIB with USB and LAN options for easy remote integration
Standard SCPI programming language
Full backward compatibility with the Keysight 11713C
Triple power supply 5 V, 15 V and 24 V.
Custom power supply
3.4 A maximum continuous current
User-friendly interface for quick setup, switching and remote control of automated test devices (ATE)
