10074D | Probe, passive 10X, 150MHz, 400V, BNC readout

With a divider ratio of 10: 1 and the high input impedance of 10 MΩ, the 10074D is ideal for universal applications with high bandwidths and high input resistance. The read-out probe detection automatically configures the correct division ratio on the oscilloscope.
