10073D | Probe, passive 10X, 500 MHz, 500V, BNC readout

With a divider ratio of 10: 1 and the high input impedance of 2.2 MΩ, the 10073D is ideal for universal applications with high bandwidths. The read-out probe detection automatically configures the correct division ratio on the oscilloscope.
