% €7,580.00 (15% saved)The SourceMeter 2450 offers an innovative graphical user interface (GUI) with capacitive touchscreen technology and thus enables intuitive application for I/V characterization for a variety of modern electronic components and materials, e.g. nanomaterials (graphenes, carbon nanotubes, etc.), semiconductor structures, printed electronics, LEDs, diodes, sensors, BJTs, FETs, solar cells or even batteries (evaluation of charge/discharge cycles, etc.). The SMU 2450 combines the functions of a 4-quadrant current/voltage source and load with those of a precise current and voltage measurement and a 6½ -digit digital multimeter (DMM). You can also control the trigger execution of your measuring instrument: The so-called TriggerFlow provides you with four command blocks with which you can configure both simple and complex trigger scenarios with up to 255 decision levels.
The SMU 2450 has a high-resolution 5-inch color display with touch function and integrated, context-sensitive help. The very clear, icon-based menu structure considerably simplifies your configuration work. Thanks to the intuitive operation, application errors can be avoided and the overall speed of your measurements and productivity can be increased.
To optimize test throughput, you can run complete test programs in automated system applications thanks to TSP (Test Script Processor) technology. If you need more channels, you can connect several SMU 2450s to each other and to other TSP-capable source measure units, multimeters or switching systems from Keithley via TSP-Link to create an integrated system. This makes it quick and easy to adapt your configuration to your test requirements.</p
