The Tektronix IsoVu probes are due to their industry-leading bandwidths up to 1 GHz, their common mode rejection (CMRR) up to 160 dB / 100 million to 1, the common mode voltage of 60 kV, the high ± 2,500 V differential voltages and an excellent low load on the Circuit is the right tool for today's challenges in demanding current measurements.
With traditional differential probes, you had to choose between high bandwidth or high voltage levels. With their shielded coaxial cable and insulation, IsoVu Probes offer high bandwidth and a differential voltage range of ± 2,500 V. IsoVu Gen 2 offers bandwidths of 200 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz to meet your budget and performance requirements.
The Tektronix differential probe TIVP02 has a bandwidth of 200 MHz, a differential voltage of ± 2,500 V, a common mode voltage of 60 kV and up to 160 dB common mode rejection (CMRR).
The Tektronix IsoVu Probes can be used with the following oscilloscope series:
Using the TCA-VPI50 adapter, the probes can also be used with the following oscilloscope series:
