The HT Instruments NEPTUNE is a technology mix of an instrument for electrical safety tests (insulation up to 1000 V and low resistance measurement with 200 mA), one for harmonics and a TRMS multimeter.

Product features:

Insulation measurement with 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000VDC. (VDE 0413 Part 2)
Low-impedance measurement with >200mA. (VDE 0413 Part 4)
Phase sequence measurement by simply touching the conductors. (VDE 0413 Part 7)
Voltage measurement with low input impedance (LoZ).
Resistance and continuity check with buzzer.
Voltage: DC, AC TRMS, AC+DC TRMS up to 1000V.
Frequency of voltage and/or current.
MAX/MIN/PEAK/HOLD functions.
Precise display with 10,000 points.
