The GW Instek GSM-20H10 is a precision source meter (SMU) that provides highly stable DC and instrument-quality 6½-digit multimeter measurements. During operation, it can be used as a voltage source, current source, voltmeter, ammeter and ohmmeter. Thus, the GSM-20H10 is ideal for component property assessment and production testing applications, including nanomaterials and components, semiconductor architecture, organic materials, high-efficiency lighting, passive components and material property analysis, etc.
The GSM-20H10 offers four-quadrant operation of ±210V / ±1.05A / 22W. The first and third quadrants work as power supplies to power the load. The second and fourth quadrants act as a load and consume power internally. Voltage, current and resistance value can be measured during the operation of the power supply or load function with an accuracy of 0.012% and a resolution of 1 μV / 10 pA / 10 μΩ.
Regarding the sampling rate, the GSM-20H10 supports a sampling rate of up to 50k points/second, with which the properties of the DUT can be analyzed precisely. With the large 4.3-inch screen, all measurement settings, parameters and results can be fully displayed on the screen. The SDM (Source Delay Measure) function delays sampling when the signal changes to prevent the unstable signal from being caught and causing misjudgment. There are four built-in sequence output modes (Stair, Log, SRC-MEM, Custom) that can output up to 2500 points of sequence variations.
The GW Instek GSM-20H10 has Over Voltage (OVP) and Over Temperature Protection (OTP) protection. The SMU supports standard SCPI commands and offers RS-232, USBTMC, LAN and GPIB interfaces (optional).
