The product Z400B is the METRACHECK36 service package for SECULIFE ST (PRIME) and SECUTEST ST (PRIME). It offers comprehensive, all-in-one protection for test equipment, ensuring that repairs, adjustments, final inspections, and calibrations are carried out according to manufacturer specifications in a planned, fast, and reliable manner. The goal is to significantly reduce downtime and ensure the continuous operational readiness of the equipment. The scope of services includes, among other things, prioritized service processes with a guaranteed processing time of no more than 7 working days, regular calibrations according to the specified interval, firmware updates, and the replacement of battery packs and backup batteries as needed. Furthermore, the customer portal IZYCHECK.IQ supports efficient test equipment management with a digital overview of orders, test reports, calibration certificates, service status, and due dates.
