As a qualified electrician, you are responsible for system testing in accordance with IEC 60364/DIN EN 50110 VDE 0100/0105. In this seminar, we will show you how to deal with the relevant standards and the measuring devices used in a practice-oriented manner. You will need this knowledge as a certificate of competence for TRBS-1203. Become a professional in troubleshooting in system testing and bring us your questions for the design of the seminar.

The seminar covers the tests required by the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) and DGUV Regulation 3 in detail, as well as the corresponding test procedures in accordance with IEC 60364/DIN EN 50110 VDE 0100/0105 in an easy-to-understand manner.

The focus is on the safe handling of the measuring devices required for the tests.

After the seminar, the seminar participant should be able to recognize hazards on systems, carry out the measurements in accordance with the standards and correctly interpret the measurement results obtained. This can then be used to create efficient, legally compliant documentation.

The seminar objective is to explain the applicable regulations to the participant, to demonstrate the test measures and the test intervals and to familiarize them with the measurements required for the tests. The participant will learn about and use a combined system consisting of a measuring device and software that can be used to simplify the testing of the effectiveness of protective measures in electrical installations, including documentation.

Measurements for testing the effectiveness of protective measures in low-voltage installations.

In accordance with the applicable rules of technology according to IEC 60364 DIN VDE 0100 / DIN EN 50110 VDE 0105 and the requirements of DGUV Regulation 3 / Industrial Safety Regulation.

Presentation of the PROFITEST measuring device Introduction and setup IZYTRONIQ with login / logout, settings and home screen, user administration and test device administration.

Adding circuit data and creating appointment lists
Showing connections with the software and the PROFITEST
Structure creation and data interface to the measuring device
Importing measurement results and push/print function
Adding new data records and appointment control
Creating test protocols and lists, selections and multifunctions
Practical exercises on measurements on the low-voltage system

The practical exercises are carried out in small groups. Each participant carries out the mentioned measurements themselves and at the same time learns how to operate the measuring devices.
