TDK Lambda GENESYS+™ Power Supplies.


The GENESYS+™ series consists of programmable and controllable DC laboratory power supplies with models ranging from 1 to 22.5 kW and up to 1,500 V and 1,500 A. The models impress with their flexible and reliable applications for a broad market spanning industry, research and development, and even aerospace.

Powerful and High Power Density.

The GENESYS+ GH series is available with a rated power of 1,500 W in 1U and half 19‘ rack width. The GENESYS+ G series is also available in 1U for 19’ rack enclosures with rated powers from 1 to 7.5 kW. 

The GENESYS+ GSP models offer 10 kW in 2U and 15 kW in 3U and are available in three different input options with 170-265 VAC, 342-460 VAC or 342-528 VAC. Most recently, the family was expanded to include the high-performance GENESYS+ GSPL models with 15 kW in 2U and 22.5 kW in only 3U rack height. 

All models are capable of operating in constant voltage, constant current and constant power modes. They also benefit from DSP (digital signal processing) technology and latest-generation components, including ferrite materials, to achieve efficiencies of up to 92%.


Reliability meets Performance.

All programmable power supplies in the GENESYS+™ series operate in constant current, constant voltage or constant power mode and also offer internal resistance simulation. TDK-Lambda's advanced parallel system enables a multi-unit system to achieve dynamic response, residual ripple and noise performance. Lower internal heat dissipation provides higher power ratings without compromising reliability and lower audible noise to reduce operator fatigue. 

Standard models feature a high-contrast LCD display with a wide viewing angle and user-adjustable brightness and dimming functions, as well as fast response times for up and down programming and user-adjustable control of voltage and current rise rates. 

All GENESYS+™ power supplies are equipped with safety features as standard and offer safe/automatic restart, memory for the last setting and integrated protection functions. To prevent unauthorised changes to the device settings, a blank panel option with an empty front panel without a display is available. 

All models come with a five-year warranty, are safety certified to IEC/EN/UL/CSA 61010-1, and are CE and UKCA marked in accordance with low voltage, EMC, and RoHS directives. The GENESYS+™ series also complies with IEC/EN 61204-3 Class A for conducted and radiated EMI and EMC immunity.


Blank Front Panel as an Option.

A blank front panel is available for applications where the display and controls on the front panel are not required and only an interface (digital/analogue) is needed. The blank front panel has all the standard functions and features of the product except for the display.

The power supply can be controlled via the digital remote interface on the rear panel (LAN, USB, RS-232/RS-485) or via the isolated analogue remote interface.


Parallel Operation – Master/Slave.

  • Automatic parallel, scalable master-slave operation

GENESYS+™ User Interface.

The advanced Virtual Front Panel enables programming and monitoring of devices with or without a front panel display. Virtual Control Panel (VCP) is a graphical user interface that allows users to conveniently control devices remotely via a single PC application.
