The MultiFiber Pro Optical Power Meter and Source is the only fiber optic tester that can certify MPO fiber optic cables directly without fanout cables. The test kit supports both singlemode and multimode MPO and greatly simplifies the testing of cassettes and fiber optic connections.

By simultaneously measuring the power loss and polarity of all 12 fibers in an MPO connector, typical sources of error are avoided and complex polarity problems are automatically solved. This makes the device ideal for modern data centers and applications from 10 Gbit/s up to 40/100 Gbit/s.

Compared to conventional single-wire certification, the MultiFiber Pro is up to 90 % faster and reduces the testing time from weeks to just a few days. This makes installation more precise, more efficient and significantly more economical.
