The Fluke ii1030 is an industrial precision acoustic camera for the noncontact detection, localization, and assessment of compressed air, gas, and vacuum leaks. During inspections of piping, pneumatic systems, and equipment, it displays sound sources directly in the camera image. LeakQ allows users to assess leak rates, expected loss costs, and urgency, enabling maintenance teams to prioritize repairs effectively.

The array of 202 MEMS microphones operates in the frequency range of 2 to 64 kHz and offers an environment-dependent detection range from 0.5 m to over 100 m. SoundMap overlays the acoustic location data with the image from the 13-MP camera. Features include a 7-inch anti-glare touchscreen, 110 GB of storage, Wi-Fi, an LED light, and IP54 protection. The device weighs approximately 1.2 kg with the battery; with two interchangeable batteries, the total runtime exceeds seven hours. Reports can be generated directly on the device; the TC03A thermal imaging module is available as an option. The package also includes 1 year of Fluke Premium Care with accidental damage coverage, express service, express delivery, and priority support in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
