The FLIR Si124-LD PLUS is an easy-to-use, stand-alone system for locating pressure leaks in compressed air systems (leak detection). Ready to use in just a few minutes, you can use the Si124-LD PLUS to detect leaks up to ten times faster than with conventional methods. The lightweight handheld camera has 124 microphones and generates a precise acoustic image that makes ultrasonic signals visible even in noisy industrial environments. The acoustic image is overlaid on a digital camera image in real time. This allows the user to precisely locate the origin of the sound.

Because this clever acoustic camera is equipped with the FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer cloud service, it automatically saves every captured image to the cloud immediately. You can then access the saved files at any time for more in-depth sound source analysis and problem classification. With regular maintenance inspections, the FLIR Si124 can help facilities save on energy costs and postpone the cost of installing new compressors.

The "cordless models" of the FLIR SI124 are characterized by their cordless battery, 2 batteries included in the scope of delivery, and in particular by their extended bandwidth frequency of up to 65 kHz. The SI124 cordless models come with a hard case that offers space for up to 4 batteries in addition to the sound camera.

The FLIR Si124-LD PLUS has been improved over the SI124-LD in the following points:

New AutoFilter function : selects the right settings for each environment and automatically filters out interference to make leak detection even easier and more effective
New AutoDistance feature : Automatically detects the distance between the leak and the camera to improve accuracy and reduce manual inputs
Improved leak detection : Consistently correct settings result in improved detectability, even of smaller air leaks from 0.016 l/min to 0.004 l/min
