EX820A | Current clamp, TRMS, 1000 A AC, 1000 V AC/DC

The EX820A current clamp meter is equipped with an integrated, non-contact infrared thermometer with laser pointer. This allows temperatures and potential hot spots on motors and electrical systems to be quickly detected and monitored. The large display with 6,000 counts and bright backlighting ensures optimum readability even in poor lighting conditions. The ergonomic, double-molded housing enables safe, single-handed operation. The 43 mm jaw opening is suitable for conductors up to 750 MCM or two conductors with 500 MCM. With true RMS measurements up to 1,000 A and a CAT IV-600 V safety classification, the EX820A model is ideal for electricians, installers and plant maintenance professionals.
