480846 | HF measuring device, 8 GHz

The Extech 480846 RF EMF field strength meter monitors RF radiation in the range from 10 MHz to 8 GHz. Ideal for cell phones, cell phones, base stations, locating RF hotspots, detecting RF in wireless networks (WLAN), detecting "electrosmog", microwave leaks and wireless communication applications (CW, TDMA, GSM, DECT). This measuring device offers direction-independent measurements with a 3-channel probe (triaxial), maximum value hold and average value functions as well as manual storage or recall of up to 99 data sets. There is also an audible alarm with a user-selectable threshold. The scope of delivery includes a 9 V battery and a carrying case.
