The "High-Speed Signal Integrity / Jitter Better Bundle" (DSOX6004JIT) consists of the 4 channel digital storage oscilloscope DSOX6004A of the InfiniiVision 6000 X series with 1 GHz bandwidth, including an integrated 2 channel function / arbitrary signal generator , the Ultimate software bundle Option as well as the active differential probe N2750A .
The Ultimate Software Bundle includes all software options available for the InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series oscilloscopes, including high-speed jitter analysis. The jitter analysis on the InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series oscilloscope measures different types of jitter with multiple views and quantization of the jitter to give you valuable insight into the source of unwanted timing errors. Also included is a wide range of trigger and decoding functions for serial buses in the automotive and embedded sectors, including USB 2.0 low, full and hi-speed, as well as frequency response analyzes (bode plots) and automatic pass / fail limit tests, based on either measurement limits or waveform masks.
Also included is the N2750A active 1.5 GHz differential probe for measuring high-speed differential signals such as the USB 2.0 Hi-Speed bus.
