19311-10 | Battery cell surge tester, 10 channel, 6 kV, 200 MHz

The Battery Cell Surge Tester Chroma 19311-10 tests the quality of the insulation between the positive and negative plates of lead-acid battery cells. For this purpose, a high-voltage current surge / pulse of up to 6 kV is applied before the electrolyte injection. The overvoltage tester has four connection measurements and a sampling rate of 200 MHz.

The Chroma 19311-10 has 10 channels. You can therefore test up to 9 battery cells with one device. When an external scanner (Chroma A190362) is connected, up to 25 channels are supported to check up to 24 cells in sequence. The Chroma 19311-10 scan speed of multiple cells is extremely efficient, saves testing time and lowers labor costs. It also increases the production capacity of your manufacturing plant.

The Chroma 19311-10 offers 8 types of assessment: area, difference area, flutter, Laplacian, V1, V3, peak ratio and Δpeak%.
