PS1215V | Power supply for current transformers ± 15V low noise 27W 3m cable with DB-9 and BNC (voltage output)

The PS1215V from CAEN ELS is a dual (+/- 15 V) switching with a downstream linear power supply, which is designed for low-noise operation and high efficiency. It is particularly suitable for the power supply of precision systems and devices and especially for DCCT (DC Current Transducer), where switching power supplies would reduce the accuracy and precision due to their higher noise of the supply voltage. The power supply is suitable for all CAENels transducers with voltage output.

The power supply unit is surrounded by a robust and compact stainless steel housing that can be placed directly next to the precision systems in order to reduce supply cable lengths and to reduce interference from the supply lines.

The typical noise level for both outputs is 0.001% in order to supply the high-precision current transducers and other sensitive measuring devices with a very clean DC voltage.
