The BENNING CM 3-PV is a powerful TRUE RMS digital current clamp multimeter for professional use in photovoltaic systems with system voltages up to 1500 V DC. It enables safe and precise current and voltage measurements in PV strings and meets the highest safety requirements of measurement category CAT IV 1000 V.
The device measures direct and alternating currents up to 400 A AC/DC with a resolution of 10 mA via the current clamp. Thanks to the TRUE RMS measurement method, non-sinusoidal signals are also recorded accurately. In addition, numerous convenient functions such as switchable low-pass filter (LPF, 1 kHz), inrush current measurement (INRUSH), HOLD, MAX/MIN and ZERO are available.
The BENNING CM 3-PV can be connected to the BENNING PV 125 via the integrated radio interface (Cordless Link) in order to conveniently integrate operating current measurements into the system test. LED measuring point lighting and the rubberized grip area ensure additional safety and ease of use in daily use.
