The XLN series from B&K Precision comprises programmable, single-channel DC power supplies that provide high power of up to 1560 watts in a compact 1U housing. Unlike many comparable power supplies designed specifically for use in automated test equipment (ATE), the XLN series is aimed at both laboratory users and system integrators.
Main features of the XLN series
Application options
The XLN series power supply units are ideal for ATE systems, research and development, quality control and burn-in tests. Thanks to the precise control options and versatile interfaces, the power supply units can be integrated into a wide range of test environments.
The XLN15010 model offers a maximum output voltage of 150 V with a maximum output current of 10.4 A and a total power of 1560 W. This variant is specially designed for applications that require higher voltages at moderate currents, such as industrial test systems and power testing of electronic components.
