The Keysight 34420A Nano Volt / Micro Ohm Meter is a highly sensitive multimeter that has been optimized for low-level measurements. This digital ohm meter combines low-noise voltage measurements with resistance and temperature functions. The 34420A is the standard for flexibility and low-level performance, giving you accurate, repeatable measurements you can trust.

The integrated, programmable 2-channel "Low Noise" scanner simplifies voltage comparisons. Built-in ratio and difference functions enable automated two-channel measurements without the need for an external nanovolt scanner. Both channels have the same low noise specifications to ensure accurate comparisons.

Product features:

  • Highly sensitive DCV and resistance measurements at 100 pico volts and 100 nano ohms
  • Precise temperature measurements with an accuracy of 0.003˚C using standard platinum resistance thermometer probes (SPRT)
  • Built-in low-noise 2-channel scanner simplifies voltage comparisons
  • Including BenchVue software license, which facilitates the connection, control of the devices and the automation of test sequences
  • Three resistance modes: standard, power saving, voltage limited for dry running tests
  • Offset compensation to minimize thermal electromotive forces (EMF) and associated errors
