The ZES ZIMMER LMG671 Precision Power Analyzer is a powerful precision power analyzer designed for demanding electrical measurement applications. The device combines high measurement accuracy, wide bandwidth, and flexible signal processing within a modular system. Thanks to its innovative DualPath architecture, the ZES ZIMMER LMG671 enables simultaneous measurement of broadband and narrowband signals without aliasing effects. Intuitive operation via touchscreen or keypad, extensive interfaces, and flexible channel options make this power analyzer particularly versatile for laboratory, development, and test bench applications.
The ZES ZIMMER LMG671 is especially suitable for applications in power electronics, drive technology, energy efficiency testing, and EV charging infrastructure testing. Typical application areas include the analysis of electrical drive systems, efficiency measurements of frequency converters, standby power measurements, long-term monitoring of electrical loads, as well as certification and testing of EV charging stations. With support for CAN bus communication and extensive process signal interfaces, the LMG671 can be seamlessly integrated into complex testing and automation environments.
The ZES ZIMMER LMG671 offers exceptionally high measurement precision with bandwidths of up to 10 MHz as well as DualPath technology featuring two independent signal paths per channel. This allows broadband and filtered signals to be processed simultaneously. The device supports various channel types for optimal adaptation to different accuracy and frequency requirements. The integrated Process Signal Interface (PSI) enables synchronous acquisition of additional analog and digital signals such as torque, speed, or temperature. Furthermore, the LMG671 supports a bidirectional CAN interface for integration into automotive test systems. Functions such as event triggering, harmonic analysis, star-delta conversion, extensive scripting capabilities, and synchronization of multiple devices further expand its range of applications. For applications involving high currents or voltages, the ZES ZIMMER LMG671 supports Plug’n’Measure sensors for automatic sensor recognition and range extension.
