The FLIR Si2-PD is an industrial acoustic imaging camera specifically designed to detect partial discharge (PD). It provides an effective solution to detect and respond to PD, helping to reduce maintenance costs for electrical equipment.

The camera detects, locates, classifies and evaluates PD faults from a distance of up to 200 m and identifies PD problems that are 30 times smaller than previously possible. It provides both camera and software-based severity ratings, providing you with the decision support needed to make accurate maintenance decisions.

For specific applications, you can use the Si2-LD (T912339) for leak detection and Bearing Fault Detection or the Si2-Pro (T912340) for comprehensive power supply, leak detection and bearing fault detection applications.

The FLIR Si2-PD also provides comprehensive analysis tools, including categorizing the discharge type in the device , severity and recommended actions. These features support rapid decision making and appropriate response planning.

In addition, the camera has fleet management functionality that ensures optimal use and maintenance of equipment in large industrial environments. It enables the integration of cloud data and OTA software updates, combining acoustic and thermal images in the same report.
