The industry-standard FLIR CM85 current probe is specially designed for complex fault diagnosis with high-quality current analysis functions. These include harmonic mode to detect noise from various electrical sources, rotating field mode to check the phase sequence of three-phase systems for easier diagnostics in motors and installations, and start-up current mode to detect power-on transients. The FLIR CM85 is also equipped with inverter-controlled drive filtering to analyze non-sinusoidal waveforms and noisy signals in variable-speed drives. This simplifies the localization of electrical problems in complex industrial and commercial systems.
