The Tektronix Series 8 optical clock recovery is a fast, flexible and reliable device for use in validating current and future optical designs. The TCR801 can be used in all data transmission areas from 26 to 53 GBd (options not required) and is therefore an important component for testing the latest high-speed optical standards for every bank and rack. With quick lock functions and a sensitive front end for low power signals, this device simplifies the challenges of today's optical testing.
The Tektronix TCR801 supports the IEEE 802.3 standards 25G, 50G, 100G, 200G and 400G as well as high-speed standards such as NRZ 100 Gbit Ethernet with a transmission of 25.78125 Gbit / s and 32 Gbit FC. The TCR801 provides a simple and efficient way to measure a wide variety of standards quickly and efficiently, including the PAM4 400GBASE-FR8 and 400GBASE-DR4, which require clock recovery to be met.
