FPC-K7 | Option modulation analysis (AM, FM, ASK, FSK) for spectrum analyzer FPC series, software license (1328.6748.03)

The R & S®FPC-K7 option turns the R & S®FPC1000 into a modulation analyzer for measuring the modulation quality of amplitude or frequency-modulated signals. The analog demodulation display shows the measurement curve and a summary of measurement parameters such as carrier power, carrier offset, modulation index (depth) for AM signals, frequency swing for FM signals, SINAD, THD etc. The modulation overview display provides user-definable limit values for each measurement. Demodulated audio signals can be output via the built-in speaker or the headphone jack.

Basic digital modulation formats are used in many applications, for example near-field communication. The R & S®FPC1000 supports both ASK (Amplitude Shift Keying) and FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) analysis. The digital modulation displays include trace, eye diagram, modulation error and symbol analysis.

With the R & S®FPC-K7 software option, you can easily check the quality of the modulated signals.
