RT-ZVC02 | Multi-channel power probe for oscilloscopes (RTE, RTO), ZVC (1326.0259.02)

Der R&S RT-ZVC Mehrkanal-Leistungstastkopf bietet bis zu vier Spannungs- und vier Stromkanäle mit 18 bit Auflösung für Strom- und Spannungsmessungen mit sehr hohem Dynamikbereich. Mit bis zu zwei R&S RT-ZVC Tastköpfen an einem RTE oder RTO Oszilloskop lassen sich acht Spannungs- und acht Stromsignale mit hohem Dynamikbereich parallel zu Signalen analysieren, die vom Oszilloskop erfasst werden.

  • 2 hochempfindliche Spannungs- und Stromkanäle
  • 18-bit A/D-Wandler bei 5 Msample/s (für jeden Kanal)
  • 1 MHz Bandbreite mit flexiblen Filteroptionen
