ZN-Z84 | Switching matrix, SMA, up to 24 measuring ports, full cross, 10 MHz to 8.5 GHz (1319.4500.02)

With the Rohde & Schwarz ZN-Z84 switching matrix, you can create complete crossbar measurements in combination with the vector network analyzers of the R&S ZNB, ZNBT, ZND series.

Components in modern means of communication such as the front end modules of smartphones and tablets have to support more and more frequency bands and functions such as WLAN, Bluetooth and GPS. This means that the number of module RF ports is also increasing, not least due to the use of many different components. In combination with various switching matrices, vector network analyzers (VNA) form a comprehensive solution for complex measurements of modules with up to 48 test ports. Rohde & Schwarz matrices support complete crossbar measurements so that all S-parameters of multi-port DUTs can be determined.
