The NI PXI SMU bundles include a PXIe source measure unit with a 5-slot PXI Express chassis, which is controlled with your laptop via the Thunderbolt USB-C port.

The PXI SMU Bundles offer SMUs with 4-quadrant operation, measurement ranges up to ±200V and ±3A and sensitivity up to 100fA. Use the same device for both high-power sweeps and low-current measurements, and take advantage of a high update and sample rate to use the device in non-traditional ways such as: B. the generation and measurement of a waveform.

The NI PXI SMU Bundle SMU5100 (part number 867111-01) features:

  • 20W power
  • Current sensitivity 100 fA
  • Voltage range 60V
  • DC range ±3A
  • Maximum power 40W
  • Pulsed current range ± 10 A
  • Pulsed power range 500W
