782431-01 | NI PXIe-4143, precision SMU with 4 channels: 24 V, 150 mA

The PXIe-4143 is a four-channel source measure unit (SMU) that is ideal for high-pin count applications. It has four-quadrant operation and each channel offers integrated remote sensing on four conductors for accurate measurements. Due to the high sampling rate of the PXIe-4143, measurement times can be reduced, the transient behavior can be recorded and the current-voltage characterization of DUTs can be carried out quickly. With a high-speed sequencing engine, all SMUs can be synchronized with each other or with other measuring devices such as switch modules or high-speed digital test modules. In addition, you can tune the PXIe-4143's response to any load, using SourceAdapt technology to achieve optimal responses with maximum stability and minimal transients.
