The DAQ970A measurement data acquisition system extends the high-performance class of the Keysight data logger. The modular system consists of a basic device with slots for up to three of nine available measuring modules. This results in a particularly large and, above all, economical variety of applications for the development and production of electronic components, since your test equipment remains adaptable for future applications.
The internal 6.5-digit digital multimeter (22 bit) enables high-precision and very fast measurements with a scan rate of up to 450 channels per second. With the data logger, temperatures, direct and alternating voltage, direct and alternating current, resistances (2- or 4-wire measurement), frequencies and periods can be recorded directly as well as capacitance measurements and diode tests. Depending on the application, up to three identical or different modules can be used for switching and recording measurement data and for process control. You will receive up to 120 measuring channels in 1-wire connection or 60 measuring channels in 2-wire connection. 4-wire measurements are also possible.
The measured values can not only be displayed numerically on the LCD graphic display, but also as a trend chart, bar chart or histogram, so that you get an informative all-round view of your measurement. The measurement data can be stored internally (100,000 measurement values) and additionally conveniently stored on a USB stick and transferred to a PC for further analysis.
The user-friendly device control, test configuration and data transfer is carried out via the DAQ software BenchVue (subject to license). The integrated web interface allows the location-independent, browser-based remote control of the system via a virtual front panel. B. Create scan lists or configure measurements.
Optimal application diversity through plug-in modules:
The wide and flexible functionality of the available plug-in modules optimizes the possible uses and thus also the economy of the DAQ970A acquisition system. Up to three identical or different modules can be used in any combination in the device and configure it to a compact data logger, a full measurement data acquisition system or an inexpensive switching unit. The integrated digital multimeter is controlled via the modules DAQM900A, DAQM901A, DAQM902A and DAQM908A.
