FULLTEST3 | Machine / system tester VDE 0113 / EN60204-1 (1009650)

The portable test device Fulltest 3 enables you to carry out a safety test and CE certification of electrical devices, systems and control cabinets in accordance with the guidelines of EN60204-1: 2006. It can also be used for testing electrical equipment after repair and maintenance.

The portable machine and system tester is operated simply and easily via the 4.3-inch TFT touch screen display. Program the test duration and limit values, save up to 999 measured values in the internal memory or transfer them via USB to a PC or USB stick. A keyboard, mouse or barcode reader connection can also be connected via the 3 USB interfaces. The HT Instruments Fulltest 3 has a Bluetooth connection.

Measurement functions:

  • Continuity test of the protective conductor with 200mA DC
  • Continuity test of the protective conductor with I> 25A, U <12V AC
  • Insulation resistance with 100, 250, 500, 1000 VDC test voltage
  • High voltage test with test voltage adjustable from 250V to 5100V AC
  • Residual voltage measurement on internal capacitance and mains plug
  • Residual current measurement internally via Schuko socket
  • Leakage current measurement with external current transformer (HT96U optional accessory)
  • Test on RCDs type A, AC, B General, selective, up to 1000mA, also selective RCD
  • Mains / loop impedance and Ik calculation
  • Mains / loop impedance with high resolution and up to 50kA (with IMP57 optional accessories)
  • Testing on overcurrent protection devices with curves B, C, D, K and type of fuse
  • Selection of length, cable type, insulation of the cable, tripping time of the protective device
  • Loop resistance without RCD tripping
  • Phase sequence display
