The high-precision illuminance meter is available in class B or class C according to DIN 5032-7, DIN EN 13032-1 Annex B and CIE 69 and has both a V (λ) adjustment and a cosine correction and reliably measures the illuminance of daylight and Artificial light sources. No accessories are required, even with strong daylight or headlight lighting.
The MAVOLUX 5032B USB is mainly used for certification and inspection applications due to its high accuracy according to class B. An additional measuring range with a high initial sensitivity of 0.01 lx enables the measurement of the lowest illuminance. This means that even emergency lighting can be measured excellently. Pressing the HOLD button saves the value, activates the display lighting available in this version and allows reading in a dark environment. The adaptation to the spectral brightness perception of the human eye V (λ) is extremely precise given the small deviation of f1 '<3%.
This luxmeter can also be used as an unclassified luminance meter thanks to an optional luminance attachment with a 15 ° measuring angle. The luminance is measured in candelas per square meter (cd / m²) or footlampert (fL) and stands for the brightness effect of a luminous or reflective surface.
