As a qualified electrician, you are responsible for machine testing in accordance with DIN EN 60204 VDE 0113. In this seminar, we will show you how to deal with the relevant standards and the measuring devices used in a practice-oriented manner. You will need this knowledge as a certificate of competence for TRBS-1203. Become a professional in troubleshooting in machine testing and bring us your questions for the design of the seminar. The seminar will cover the tests required by the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) and DGUV Regulation 3 in detail, as well as the corresponding test procedures in accordance with DIN EN 60204 VDE 0113 in an easy-to-understand manner.

The focus is on the safe handling of the measuring devices used, which are required for the tests.

After the seminar, the seminar participant should be able to recognize hazards on machines, carry out the measurements in accordance with the standards and correctly interpret the measurement results obtained. This can then be used to create efficient, legally compliant documentation.

Measurements for the initial testing of electrical equipment of machines according to DIN EN 60204 VDE 0113
Introduction and basics of DIN EN 60204 VDE 0113 and DIN EN 61439 VDE 0660-600
Presentation of the PROFITEST measuring devices
Introduction and setup of IZYTRONIQ with login / logout, settings and home screen, User and test device management
Introduction to the software and PROFITEST
Structure creation and data interface to the measuring device
Import of measurement results and push/print function
Addition of new data records and deadline control
Creation of test protocols and lists, selections and multifunctions
Practical exercises on measurements of machines, mechanical systems and switchgear and controlgear assemblies

The practical exercises are carried out in small groups. Each participant carries out the measurements themselves and learns how to operate the measuring equipment.

Target group:

Electrical specialists who repair or operate electrical machines or mechanical systems and for authorized persons who are responsible for testing stationary equipment.
