Since the summer of 2021, dataTec AG has held an 81% majority stake in the Swedish specialist dealer Testhouse Nordic, which will be renamed Testhouse dataTec AB as a result of the merger. Testhouse has been in existence since 2005 and, in addition to Sweden, has further sales locations in Finland and Estonia. 

Testhouse already has brands such as Keysight, Flir, Pendulum, GW Instek, YIC Technologies or Sefram in its product range. Through the cooperation, it is now possible to supply Northern European customers with additional suppliers from dataTec's product portfolio. In addition, Testhouse dataTec AB now also has access to established infrastructures and thus a large storage capacity, which has a positive influence on delivery times. As the ten employees continue to serve customers in Sweden, Estonia and Finland as usual, they can only benefit from the expanded range. 

In 2018, the first joint venture was established in Spain. Since the beginning of 2021, the portfolio has been expanded to include modular measurement technology from NI in Austria and Switzerland.
