What can participants expect at the Event in Berlin?

This event offers much more than traditional product presentations. After a compact introduction to the new General Purpose Bench series, the focus shifts straight to hands-on practice—without watching for long. In interactive sessions, participants will work directly with the instruments and experience the technology in real-world application scenarios.

Typical tasks from development and daily lab work will be explored: for example, the measurement of inrush currents on DC-DC converters, generating arbitrary waveforms, or testing battery management systems.

What makes this event special: It's not just about seeing the latest instruments — You can also operate them yourself, try them out and compare them, and discuss specific application questions directly with experts. For engineers and technicians who need to make informed decisions, this is the perfect opportunity to evaluate test equipment in a practical, hands-on context.

Why is dataTec participating in the Event?

As an Authorized Premium Partner of Keysight and an experienced specialist distributor for test and measurement equipment, we’re closely connected to the daily challenges faced by development and testing teams. This event is for us—and for everyone professionally involved in measurement, development, and validation: compact, hands-on, and with direct access to the manufacturer. We’ll be on-site to engage in personal conversations with users, discuss specific application challenges, and gain firsthand insight into what really matters in everyday lab work. Anyone who not only wants to understand technologies, but also experience and question them in action, this is a date you won’t want to miss.

Who should attend?

This event is designed for anyone involved in development, validation, or everyday technical lab work involving modern test and measurement tasks. It’s especially valuable for those looking to question their current test setups and explore more powerful, integrated solutions. Validation engineers who are looking for higher measurement accuracy and reproducible results will benefit from hands-on comparisons and the opportunity to test new approaches in real time. And last but not least, the workshop is ideal for technicians who want more than just reading datasheets—they want to experience real applications live and try things out for themselves.
