Even the first contact is refreshing. Because Beate Ivko, Sandra Krohmer and their colleagues give their visitors the friendliest, even warmest welcome imaginable. "Whatever we do," explains Beate Ivko, "the service concept has top priority. It's no coincidence that almost all of us have experience is in the hospitality industry.“ 

True to the motto "The guest is king", they now fulfil their tasks at dataTec – above all the complete organisation around the dataTec Academy. They look after everything, clarify every detail and take care of the entire process. They are also the contact for every customer and potential customer wanting to know more about the training on offer.

Sandra Krohmer: "We know the academy's programme and are familiar with all the framework conditions. Participants receive all the information and documents from us in advance."

The dataTec employees clarify, for example, whether and which devices and software the participants will bring to the training, they match their expectations to the planned contents and communicate specific questions to the instructors in advance. They coordinate the scheduling and look after the visitors before and during their stay at dataTec. "Of course, we also book overnight stays for our guests on request," adds Sandra Krohmer. It almost goes without saying that the feel-good factor for visitors is never neglected.

Every year, about a thousand inquisitive people take advantage of the training courses offered by dataTec. In addition, there are internal training courses such as seminars on IT security or equipment training. Not to mention other information events, for example at manufacturers' premises.

"Our training courses are always in small groups with a maximum of 12 people," explains Beate Ivko. "So that everyone really has the optimum learning experience."

And by the way: It is no coincidence that the dataTec Academy enjoys an excellent reputation. Participants repeatedly praise the competent speakers and good seminar materials, the bright, modern rooms, the smooth organisation and, last but not least, the first-class catering.

To ensure that this always remains the case, the colleagues at the dataTec Academy evaluate the anonymous feedback forms of the participants very carefully. "Our goal is to constantly align our offering with the expectations of our customers and to consistently provide high quality."
