The management of the Reutlingen-based and family-owned dataTec AG is to have a three-member board of directors to ensure the stability of the rapidly growing company. Board member Markus Kohler will focus on operational issues and the further development of sales. dataTec founder Hans Steiner returns for a limited period as part of the new board of directors to take on strategic tasks. The selection process for the position of Chief Financial Officer is also currently underway.
