The DPO70000SX series oscilloscopes offer you real-time signal acquisition with ultra-high bandwidths up to 70 GHz. The patented High Performance ATI technology (Asynchronous Time Interleaving) enables excellent signal fidelity with a minimal noise figure. B. for coherent optical modulation analysis, for debugging serial high-speed buses and for compliance tests, for bit error detection or for PAM4 and NRZ measurements.
