Die High-Speed Differential Tastköpfe der PMK HSDP2000 Serie bieten Ihnen herausragende Leistungswerte: >2 GHz Bandbreite, hohe Eingangsimpedanz, geringes Rauschen, bis zu ±20 V (40 Vpp) differentieller Eingangsbereich und 60 V Gleichtaktspannung. Die Tastköpfe eignen sich ideal für In-Circuit-Messungen in Design, Validierung, Fehlersuche und zur Charakterisierung einer breiten Palette von seriellen Bus-Designs sowie für eine Vielzahl von Analogsignalen, wie sie beispielweise in Netzgeräten verwendet werden. Die Tastköpfe unterstützen die gängigsten seriellen Busschnittstellen, wie USB2.0, Ethernet (GbE), CAN/LIN, I2C, SPI, SATA, FireWire (1394b), FlexRay, HDMI usw.

Der speziell entwickelte PMK Hochgeschwindigkeits-FET Eingangsverstärker zeichnet sich durch seinen hervorragenden Hochfrequenzgang, das geringe Rauschen sowie die minimale Verzerrung aus und ermöglicht es Ihnen, die zu messenden Signale exakt zu erfassen.

Die Tastköpfe erhalten Sie mit einer Kabellänge von 7,5 m oder 1,3 m. Die Varianten mit längerem Kabel ermöglichen es Ihnen, auch abgelegene, schwer zugängliche Prüfpunkte zu testen. Dank des BNC Outputs können die Probes mit nahezu jedem Oszilloskop verwendet werden.

Die kostenlose Software "PMK Probe Control" ermöglicht es Ihnen, den Tastkopf über einen Computer fernzusteuern. Die Software ist kostenlos im Lieferumfang der PMK 2 Kanal- und 4 Kanal-Netzteile PS-02 und PS-03 enthalten.

Für den flexiblen Betrieb eignet sich das neue, batteriebetriebene 1-Kanal Netzteil AP-01, das einen mobilen, ungebundenen Einsatz von mehr als 8 Stunden ermöglicht. Das AP-01 versorgt nur den Probe mit Strom und bietet keine Software-Fernsteuerung.
