The NI PXIe-SMU5102 bundle includes the 5-slot PXI chassis PXIe-1083 and the PXI source measure unit PXIe-4137. The PXIe-4137 features analog-to-digital converters that enable you to make high-precision measurements for applications such as manufacturing test, board-level test, and lab characterization using devices such as ICs, PMICs, and RFICs, as well as discrete components such as LEDs and optical transceivers. The included chassis features all hybrid connectors, 58W power and cooling performance, and an integrated Thunderbolt 3 MXI Express controller. In addition, the PXIe-SMU5102 bundle includes a Thunderbolt cable and a power cord.
